Lucifer kept his head low and nervously managed to get onto the platform, he was visiably shaking as he looked around nervously, he watched lots of people being kissed goodbye by their familys and jealousy washed over him. No one had ever done anything like that to him not even his own parents.
He sighed and dragged his trunk onto the train finding an empty compartment and sitting down, he took his mask off when no one was looking and wiped the sweat from his face on his sleeve before putting it back in place and waiting for the train to leave.
He was glad he had gotten a seat facing away from all the hugging and kissing and goodbye's it made him feel sad watching it, he pressed his head against the cold window hoping that starting school would make his life better.

Walking past the people waving goodbye and such with their relatives, Mistress rolled her eyes at the sight of it all. It was like there wasn't going to see their loved ones again. Pushing her cart to the others, so they could be loaded onto the train. Mistress grabbed her school bag and cat case. She entered the train quickly to find a good seat, in the back of the train.
Everywhere seemed to be already filled, and it was becoming hopeless to find a good seat to herself. Nearing the back of the train, she found a empty compartment or so she had though. Sliding the door open, she stepped inside. "Oh..." She looked down upon the person sitting alone. He looked to be a 1st year. "Do you mind? Everywhere else is full." She asked.

Lucifer turned his head at the sound of a voice, the mask hidden from view at least for the moment where the person was stood, he looked to see a girl who was a lot older than him, he nodded his head slowly, "Yes...yes if if you would like," he said stuttering in his scottish accent slightly higher having not broken yet.
He sat back more in his seat staring out the window waiting for the girl to sit down, he wasn't very good with people and wasn't really sure of what to make of someone else sitting in the same compartment as him, he wasn't even sure if he should introduce himself, he looked at the crest on her robes, a Slytherin suppose that was a good sign his father wanted him in Slytherin ad getting to know them now would be a good plan.

"Thanks." Mistress had replied, right after he allowed her to seat in the compartment. She stepped inside more, and placed her school bag on the top rake before sitting down. Her cat case was placed beside her, and she made sure the door was closed before she had let her animal out to wander the small area.
It was quiet, when the train began to pull away from the station. And, which she didn't mind at all but the boy sitting across from her, on the other side of the compartment looked nervous. "Are you alright?" She asked, glancing again in his direction.

Lucifer watched the cat closely, before his attnetion was brought to the girl sat opposite him, "Fine." he squeaked, "Just alittle nervous," he said more normally, as he looked at her fully now his white mask showing, "Whats it like?" he asked, "I mean being in Slytherin?" he asked her.
"Um I'm Lucifer by the way," he said holding out his hand to her trying to be polite, "Lucifer Tavington," he said smiling a little, he was feeling alittle more confident but wasn't sure about the cat, he had never liked them and they seemed to always hate him, his hand was left waiting for her to shake it moving slightly with the motion of the train.

"Nothing to be nervous about. Unless, a gryffindor was in the booth, with us. Then, you would have something to be nervous about. Thankful, there isn't." Mistress told him, sounding seriously. She disliked that house, and mostly everyone inside of it. A smile come across her face, cause of his question about Slytherin. And, she was about to reply him but he began speaking once again.
"Hello, Lucifer. I am Mistress Keeves." She said, reaching out to shake his hand. "And...as for being in Slytherin. It's perfect. Wouldn't have it anyother way. It is were you really make friends, not with those filthy mudblood lovers in the other three houses. Why you ask?"

Lucifer was a little shocked at what she said even if he had heard it millions of times at home it was so different when it wasn't his father saying it, "I was just curious because thats where I'm supposed to be, but I could be a Ravenclaw," he mumbled, "My Grandmother was one," he said looking everywhere but her eyes.
"Nice to meet you Miss Keeves," he said politely, letting go of her hand and shuffling back in his seat, his feet not quite touching the floor just yet as he hadn't had his growth spurt, and he felt a little self concious about it at the moment so tryied no to draw attention to the fact.

At the mention of ravenclaw, she just shook her head. "Well, I bet you would be in Slytherin. I mean if it in your bloodline, and a family tradion?" She said, being more curious about the Lucifer. "Besides, only the people I talk to, and family, all have been Slytherin house members. So, you have nothing to worry about." Mistress told him, giving a soft smile.
Her cat suddenly jumped onto her lap, and she looked at her for a moment, then back to him. "This is Midnight." She told him, stroking her cats fur with her right hand.

Lucifer nodded at the girl, watching the cat closely, "I don't like cats much," he said leanign further back in his chair and fiddling with his jacket, he looked out the window at the country side flashing past, "Um so should I get changed into my robes at some point?" he asked changing the subject.
He looked up above him at his bag where his robes where and stood up to reach them he looked at his bag and slowly opened it, he had his teddy bear in there and he didn't want the girl to see it and laugh at him, so he closed the bag again, looking to her for an answer to his question.

"Before the train arrives at the hogsmeade station." Mistress told him, as she replaced her cat back into the carrier. She had noticed his reaction, to her cat and thought it would be for the best that Midnight been put away from the rest of the train ride. Placing the case safely under the sear, Mistress suddenly pulled out her bag, to take out afew things.
One was his terms letter from Hogwarts. Mistress had been picked to be headgirl this term, and she was thrilled. Her mother and father were both heads in their seven year as well. The other item taken out of her bag was a copy of witch weekly. It had horrible articles but was also something to pass the time.

Lucifer nodded his head in understanding and pushed his bag under his seat and looked around he was glad that she had put the cat away it made him feel a little more at ease, just then the woman who brought the sweets round the train came to the door.
Lucifer smiled and reached inside his trouser pockets for some money, he stood up and went to her not really knowing what to buy, "Um can I have a chocolate frog please," he said beaming up at the woman. He paid then sat back down and opened it eating the frog before it got away and then looking at the wizard card he got.

Reading a article about the latest fashions, in witch weekly. Mistress pain no attantion when the lady scrolled up with the cart full of sweets. Plus she wasn't to hungry anyways, and thought it would be better just to eat at school. Looking up, she asked. "Do you collect those cards?" She asked, out of curiosity. Mistress had done the same thing, collect the cards. And, once special card was kept save in her trunk. "I keep only the good ones, of course. I actually got one of the howarts founders, Salazar Slytherin. And those are rare indeed to come acrossed." She said, smiling now.

Lucifer shook his head, "I'm not allowed to eat them much," he admitted, "I got Gryffindor here," he said smiling proudly and showing her the card, "If its rare I suppose I will keep this one," he said with a smirk, "So you only keep one card?" he asked, "Isn't that a bit boring?" he asked, "Considering the fact that the chocolate used to make them isn't great and you basically pay for the cards themselves," he said wondering if maybe he had gone just a tiny bit too far.

Lucifer made her brow raise, due to the smile on his face after he shown her that the card he gotten was Gryffindor. "Could I see that for a moment?" She asked, but didn't give him a chance to respond before actually snatching it from his hand. The window was open, and she threw the card directly out of it. She knew it was a cruel thing to do but.... "Gryffindor was a mudblood lover. Do you know the history of hogwarts? He and the other three founders, was the reason why Slytherin had left to begin with."

Lucifer stared at Mistress after she stole his card, he couldn't believe she had just done that, he frowned at her, "That was the only one I had," he said feeling alittle heartbroken, he turned away from her and folded his arms across his chest and turned so he could pull his knees up to his chest, who did this girl think she was stealing his stuff and throwing out the window like it was hers to decide, he stared at the door to the compartment and decided not to try and speak to her again.
